Introducing the flexi-lever – a throttle and brake controller for Train Sim World 5/6 and Train Simulator Classic.
This unique controller includes a separate throttle and brake handle suitable for a wide range of locomotives and units. Although designed as a mini HST controller, it has the ability for you to change the physical notches inside the each unit to match the stock you are driving, for the ultimate realistic experience.
Modelled on the Class 43 HST controls, it uses the same internals as the previous high end HST controller from TS controllers, at a much more affordable price.
The controller include TS Controllers unique software for ease of use, automatically switching modes so you don’t have to change any settings. The TS controller software is the culmination of over 4 years of development, with new versions released regularly providing new features and updates.
The controller comes with the physical notches suitable for the HST Class 43 (1x throttle 7 notch , 1x brake 5 notch), and other notch pieces are options. It is fairly simple to change the notch of each unit, just open up the lid with 4 screws, and swap over the notch piece inside.
Each unit is hand made in the UK, with care, where you can be assured of quality with personalised support to help your experience.
Each unit has 4 screws securing the lid, although these do not have t be used. Faster remove lid fixings can be purchased on request.

- Smooth (notchless) – suitable for Diesel locos and Class 91 throttle
- 0-5 Notch – HST brake
- 0-7 notch – Common with DMU’s
- 0-4 Notch – Typical of DMU brakes

Robust and with a range of specific notches to match throttle and brake settings for every supported vehicle there is no more satisfying way to control your train (whether passenger, ECS, freight, light engine, special working ….).
My desk looks like the controls of a locomotive with AWS, DSD and Emergency brake buttons, a PBC to control the horn, direction of travel and traction key and Door Panel Controller for all those EMUs! All I need is for TSC to bring out a real cab simulator (Class 50 for me please).
