PBC Pro Handles
The PBC Pro features an innovative interchangeable handle system, allowing users to swap handles in seconds to recreate the authentic feel of the specific train or locomotive they are driving.
A range of handle styles is available, as shown below. Every PBC Pro comes supplied with the standard Tapered and Ball handle, with additional options available separately. For the full range of handles, options, and pricing, please visit the PBC Pro Product page .
Ball
The Ball handle is ideal for a selection of units and locomotives. Its also great to be used as a generic handle.
Examples include UK Units Class 390, 700. UK Locomotives Class 47, 20, 31
Tapered
Ideal for European locos and units.
IET Style
Modelled on the UK IET (Intercity Express train0. Classes include 800, 801, 801, 805, 807. Larger than the T-bar handle below. Sits at a slight angle just like the real thing.
T-bar
The ideal ‘Desiro’ style handle. Perfect for UK class 185, 350, 444, 450, 745, 746. Smaller than the chunky IET handle.
Aventra Style / S-stock
Modelled on the Aventra range of UK EMU’s, and also suitable for the London Underground S-stock. Does not rotate.
UK mainline class 701, 710, 720.
Networker style with wired Hill-hold
Perfect for the Networker, Electrostar, and Turbostar range of UK units. The Hill hold version features a flexible wire which plugs into the rear of the PBC unit to provide a hill hold/brake hold feature for any trains that support it in the simulator. Modelled on UK Classes: 165, 166, 170, 171, 172, 175, 180, 220, 221, 323, 375, 377, 378, 465, 466.
Features a latch on the rear of the handle to secure it to the metal PBC handle shaft. The latch should be down when placing on removing the handle, and moved up to secure it.
Networker style basic (non-hill hold)
Same as above but without the the hill hold button.
