Prices: All prices shown are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change without prior notice. No VAT is charged.

Payment: We accept Visa & MasterCard credit cards, also accept debit cards, plus Google and Apple Pay. We will require the full card number, expiry date, issue number and cardholder’s full statement address details. For sales in excess of £100, we can only deliver to the card address. 

Our right of cancellation: If for reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to an inability or failure on the part of the manufacturers or suppliers of the goods to supply the goods to us, we are unable to supply the goods to you, we may cancel the agreement at any time before the goods are delivered by giving notice to you. We shall promptly repay to you any sums paid by you or on your behalf under or in relation the agreement. We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage whatever arising from such cancellation. 

Resale Policy

New and in demand  products are produced in limited quantities and are intended for genuine customers and personal use. Controller units must not be purchased for the purpose of resale or commercial profit. In particular, customers must not purchase a controller and subsequently advertise or offer it for sale on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, or any other marketplace or sales platform at a price higher than the original purchase price.

We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders before dispatch where we have reasonable grounds to believe that an order is being placed for the purpose of resale, including where multiple orders, accounts, names, delivery addresses or payment methods appear to be being used to circumvent purchase limits or obtain additional units. Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, any payment taken will be refunded in full.

This policy is intended to ensure that limited controller stock is available to genuine customers at the normal TS Controllers selling price and does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

Overseas Customers: We are able to export most of our product range. Local Import and/or Customs fees may be charged by your local customs authority or Courier company. TS Controllers have no control over this. 

Returns Procedure: Before returning any goods please read all our terms and conditions.  TS Controllers must be informed in writing of any items that you wish to return for credit or exchange within 7 working days commencing the day of delivery. 

Warranty: All items come with a 1 year return to base (RTB warranty). The customer is responsible for returning the goods to TS Controllers in the UK.

Further T&C: Parts ordered to customer’s specification cannot be returned unless the goods are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose or not as originally described  All orders returned with 7 working days (commencing the day after receipt of the goods, see returns procedure) will be credited in full.  Orders that have been correctly supplied and are cancelled after this period will be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge.  Any shortfall or damages to goods must be notified as soon as is reasonably possible following receipt of the goods.  Specially ordered parts cannot be cancelled or returned under any circumstances. All parts being returned must be in resalable condition. Items will not be accepted if they appear to have been fitted, had sealant/grease applied or the packaging damaged.  

We accept no claim for labour under any circumstances.  All goods remain the property of TS Controllers  until paid for and payment received in full.  All products intended to be painted must be trial fitted to vehicle prior to painting.

Returns will not be accepted under any circumstance 28 days after delivery
